What to Bring

• Your national ID or other form of identification.
• Previous medical records, referral letters or test results.
• A list of medicines you are currently taking.
• NHIF / insurance card if you have one.
• Any cash or mobile money for registration fees — or confirm payment options in advance.

What to Expect

1. Register at the outpatient reception on arrival.
2. Report to your designated clinic and wait to be called.
3. The clinician will assess you, and may order tests or refer you further.
4. Collect any prescriptions or discharge instructions before you leave.
