EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PURCHASE OF KING’ONG’O PLOT NYERI MUNICIPALITY/BLOCK 11/340
PCEA Tumutumu Hospital which is a level V faith-based hospital located in Mathira West Sub County in Nyeri County is accredited by Social Health Authority (SHA) to provide level five hospital services including; a state-of-the-art renal centre, 13 bed ICU/HDU centre, sizzling private ward, CT Scanning services, medical college, maternity services among many others.
The hospital wishes to invite sealed tenders from prospective bidders to buy the aforementioned plot located in King’ong’o within Nyeri Municipality and measuring Nought Decimal One Nine Nought Seven of a hectare (0.1907) of ha. The parcel is free from any encumbrances.
Interested bidders are required to download the detailed EOI and application guidelines from https://pceatumutumuhospital.org/downloads or get a hard copy from the procurement office.
Completed bid documents in one hard copy enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked Purchase of King’ong’o plot should be deposited in the tender box provided at the first floor of the OPD complex of PCEA Tumutumu Hospital on or before 22nd January 2025 at 11.00 am EAT.
